Quality Lead

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Continue implementation and certification of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems. • Support implementation and compliance activities relating to ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and ESG requirements. • Oversee Quality Management activities for product development programs. • Act as the focal person for quality matters involving outsourced manufacturing partners. • Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits. • Support certification audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards. • Establish and maintain product quality systems within the semiconductor industry. • Manage supplier quality activities, including supplier audits and site visits where necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in IC Design, Assembly or Test. • Strong experience in semiconductor quality management, product quality systems and supplier quality management. • Experience in internal and external auditing activities. • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and/or ESG compliance experience will be added advantage. • Good communicator and team player with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. • Independent, proactive and capable of making sound decisions and driving quality initiatives.
